Vaccinium Technologies Inc. (VTI) is a New Brunswick (Canada) R&D company, that has consolidated technology aimed at harnessing the biologically active constituents of indigenously sourced fruit from species of blueberry and cranberry (several species for whom the genus name in Latin is Vaccinium).

An increasing body of evidence from medical and nutrition research is accumulating in relation to the health benefits of blueberries and related fruit, in association with their very high concentrations of antioxidant flavonoids. This evidence demonstrates that these dietary antioxidants play a significant role in mitigating a wide range of degenerative diseases.

Corporate profile VTI's two shareholders consist of BioAtlantech and a consortium of blueberry producers. John Argall is the Chief Executive Officer and he brings to the company over twenty-five years of experience in the agri-food and technology sectors, acquired through a varied set of positions of increasing responsibility in academic, public and private organizations. The seven member Board includes respected names from the pharmaceutical sector, and recognized entrepreneurs in the management of value-added, resource-based production and processing businesses.
